Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Our rackets and accessories ship from our manufacturing partners, and most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. Every product page shows the estimated delivery window for an order placed today. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
Not the right fit? Return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email kbcompanyllc@gmail.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, with no return shipping cost to you.
Lost or late?
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us and we'll make it right.
